Scandic Silk began with a small obsession — the way certain hotel rooms feel in the morning. The hush of linen, the cool weight of a pillow, the sense that someone, somewhere, has taken care. We wanted that ritual to belong to the everyday.

Every piece we make is woven from grade 6A long-strand mulberry silk — the longest, most uniform fibres in the world — of the highest grade. Our atelier has been weaving silk for three generations along the historic textile corridor of Zhejiang, and every batch is OEKO-TEX® certified, hand-finished, and quality-checked twice before it crosses our threshold.

We work small on purpose. Closed seams. Mother-of-pearl buttons. Ethical wages. Recyclable packaging. No discount-bin cycles, no hidden synthetic blends, no shortcuts. Just the quiet standard of materials done properly — the kind of luxury you stop noticing because it simply feels right.
